Design & Engineering
Licensed Mechanical Engineer responsible for developing the manufacturing process as well as designing tooling and fixturing using Solidworks 2015. Licensed Metallurgical Engineer responsible for reviewing the manufacturing process to ensure material integrity is maintained, as well as ensuring conformance to all quality standards and specifications. Our four founding members, each with over 40 years of machining experience, contribute to the development of the machining process by providing their vast knowledge and expert opinion.
Programming
CNC programmers with mechanical and technical experience, program our CNC machines using Esprit CAM System 2015 and Numeridex NICAM 4. They also utilize Solidworks 2015 as well for modelling and design support.
Production
Production managers with engineering and machining backgrounds, are responsible for executing the manufacturing process developed by our design & engineering team, and provide feedback when improvements can be made.
System (E.R.P.)
Novacro utilizes Visual Manufacturing for all of our enterprise resource planning (E.R.P.) purposes. This software is primarily used to better integrate our departments, provide a higher level or visibility to all customer orders, and gives us a valuable tool for scheduling orders, especially in response to unforeseen incidents like machine breakdowns.
