Novacro’s capabilities go beyond supplying just machining services. Our machine shop is fully equipped to handle some of the most difficult fabrication and sub-assembly jobs. Our highly skilled personnel can perform such techniques as welding, cutting, forming, sand-blasting, and painting… all in-house! And with several cranes capable of lifting up to 15 tons, and forklifts capable of lifting up to 15,000 lbs, there aren’t many fabrication or sub-assembly jobs that we can't handle.

We have an extensive history of refurbishing and repairing a variety of damaged or deteriorated components such as gear boxes, compressor housings, and much more, using proprietary methods designed by us!

• Welding: 20 feet x 30 feet free-standing weld shop equipped with 4 welding machines utilizing ARC, MIG and TIG techniques, a jib crane, rotary table, and compressed air service
• Torch Cutting: Oxyfuel and Plasma torches
• Saw Cutting: Horizontal and Vertical band saws capable of cutting up to 14 inch diameter
• Sandblasting: 30 inch x 40 inch enclosed unit

• Painting: 10 feet x 10 feet enclosed paint room equpped with compressed air service and overhead crane
• Bending & Forming: 25 ton press
• Cranes: 19 overhead and 4 jib cranes ranging in capacity from 1/2 to 15 ton
• Forklifts: 4 trucks ranging in capacity from 5,000 lbs to 15,000 lbs
• Pressure Testing: Full range of certified equipment for air & hydrostatic pressure testing of various components
