We boast one of the largest Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) in North American which is capable of measuring parts up to a tolerance of +/- 5 microns (.0002”) over a 3 metre x 3 metre x 6 metre (approx. 10 x 10 x 20 feet) range. Our ability to measure large parts machined to the most difficult dimensional requirements insures our customer's expectations are satisfied every time!

• Trimek Sky 60.30.30 CNC Gantry Type CMM: Measures a 3 metre x 3 metre x 6 metre (approx. 10 x 10 x 20 feet) volume to a tolerance of +/- 5 microns (.0002”)
• DEA Alpha Model 20.33.15 Gantry Type CMM: Measures a 3.3 metre x 2.0 metre x 1.5 metre (approx. 10.8 x 6.6 x 5.0 feet) volume to a tolerance of +/- 3 microns (.00013")
• Verniers (Digital and Mechanical) up to 60 inches (approx. 2.3 metres)
